Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Opswell AI LLC ("Opswell," "we," "us") collects when you use opswellai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a Lead Leak Audit through our scheduling tool or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our host may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to understand traffic.
We host our fonts ourselves, so loading this site does not send your data to a third-party font provider.
How we use it
- To schedule and conduct your audit and to respond to you.
- To provide and improve our services and this site.
- To meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed. That includes our scheduling provider (Calendly) when you book an audit, and our email and hosting providers. These providers process the information on our behalf under their own terms.
Patient information
When we work with a client practice, any patient information we handle is governed by our agreement with that practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies. That patient information is not collected through this website and is not covered by this policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us by emailing will.vesey@opswellai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of certain data uses. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
Data retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you and run our business, then delete or de-identify it.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
