What we do
Opswell provides administrative appointment follow-up and scheduling communications on behalf of client practices, including missed-call response, speed-to-lead follow-up, no-show recovery, and reactivation of prior contacts. The free Lead Leak Audit is a review of a practice's public booking flow.
Not a healthcare provider
Opswell is not a medical, dental, or other healthcare provider. We do not provide medical, dental, or health advice, and no communication from us or through our services creates a provider-patient relationship. Clinical questions should be directed to a licensed provider. Client practices remain responsible for the care they deliver and for their own regulatory obligations.

Any figures, benchmarks, or examples on this site are illustrative and drawn from cited industry research or our own prior work. They are not a promise of specific results for your practice. Outcomes depend on your leads, your team, and your market.
